Huh...so it's just because some people think these advertising balloons are becoming permanent fixtures [and/or eyesores].

I was kinda hoping it was because one Godzilla balloons had broken loose and there would be a funny local news story about Godzilla attacking the city. It'd be even better if Godzilla and King Kong balloons broke loose...
