That is a great choice. For me I was thinking Godzilla vs Destroyer, King Kong vs Godzilla, Ghidrah the 3 Headed Monster and Godzilla vs The Thing.

For me, Godzilla vs Destroyer would have to be my choice for an excellent final battle.
I got no problem with anybody who jumps into a Starfury and rides fire! (Babylon 5)

I think Terror of MechaGodzilla and G vs Destroyah were the best series caps. TOMG had an upbeat ending. GvD had a sad ending with the rez of Junior being uplifting.
