Yamakatsu Godzillas Gold and Silver ?????????

Do these Yamakatsus in this picture look like they were altered and or repainted. I do not think the Gold one is supposed to have red lips or gums like that. It also looks like it has lighter green detailing added to the scale detail all over it. Your thoughts anyone.
