Site to download (legally!) GODZILLA films online?

Is there a site that offers legal downloads of Godzilla films? Apples' iTunes has nothing, and I haven't found any other sites with any. I am especially interested in the older Showa era films. All mine are old VHS tapes, and I fell out of Godzilla obsession (a sin, I know) until recently. Rather than buy a whole new set of DVDs, I'd rather skip the disks and mailing, and just buy electronic versions.

Not looking for portable versions (for iPod) but full res versions.

I am sure you guys know the answer to this one immediately... I came up empty on a Google search. Surprised, too.

Unless it totally slipped under our radar you'll have to go through underhanded methods or just break down and buy the DVDs.

Just go the bit torrent route. There's a file out there that contains most of the films. It has some dubbed versions, but most are the original japanese version with subtitles. If you have a decent internet connection you can get an individual movie in 1-4 hours.

Most of the movies come from the DVD copy, but Frankenstein Conquers the World and War of the Garguantuas are ripped from a VHS that was backed up to a DVD, so they look pretty crappy but are watchable.

The only one I found unwatchable was Godzilla vs Biollante, merely because it was all Japanese with no dub or subtitles in place.
