There's actually some candy company that sells chocolate candy with bacon in it. However, its chocolate squares with bacon bits in it.
On one episode of Dinner: Impossible, Michael Symon (apologies to Emeril) kicked it up a notch when he made chocolate covered bacon with crushed almonds for dessert. It was an episode where the challenge was to make a gourmet meal using only boardwalk food.
(Good news for any DI fans, btw: Robert Irvine is returning next season!)

As gross as it sounds...it's really not that far off from what a lot of people already do with ham around the holidays. Honey backed ham with brown sugar??? Candied pork is candied pork! 
What shocks me most is the price! That better be some damn good chocolate covered flesh for that price!
