Well if the Meganula were sucking Godzilla's blood & pumping that into Megaguiras, weren't they giving him his DNA? Some have said it was Godzilla's "energy" that they were draining, but I feel it doesn't really matter. Point is that small dragonflies take use some part of Godzilla to create big dragonfly. Whether it was blood or energy or DNA or whatever, it doesn't really matter.
I am liking James' reviews because I do get the feeling that he does enjoy this films a great deal, and thats what they are there for.

I must admit that I've only watched a few of these videos and am only vaguely aware of AVGN. I did watch the GMK one. Whatever.
As soon as you put something on the internet - especially on YouTube - you open yourself up for criticism. Quite honestly, his viewers have as much right to critique his videos as he does to critique the movies in the first place.
If they draw in some new fans then great. But realistically, even if these videos created thousands of new fans, it's not going to miraclously revive the franchise somehow.
