There's a similar thread over in a metal forum I post in. I'm not much into thrash, but I've definitely noticed all of these bands popping up on the radar recently... especially Municipal Waste.
It won't be long before the trendy kids catch on. Deathcore will FINALLY go away and thrash will be popular again... 20 years later.
