you better go over your policy with a fine tooth comb. renter's insurance often does not cover collections or collectables. it might cover the current retail price of a suitable (as deemed by the insurance company) replacement, but not the market price for a difficult to find collectable.
example: you have a mint on card vintage 12back darth vader from 1978 in perfect condition worth a few hundred dollars. it burns up in a fire. renter's insurance will give you $7 to go buy a new darth vader figure at walmart. according to the insurance company they're the same thing b/c, hey, a darth vader toy is a darth vader toy, right?
