Favorite would have to be Godzilla(1954) or Godzilla vs Destoroyah.
Least favorite is definately Godzilla vs Megalon or Godzilla's Revenge.

Favorite: I'd say all of the Showa Series films, and some of the Millennium Series films. Just too many to pick!
Personal Favorites: A tie between Godzilla Vs. Megalon and Godzilla Vs. Gigan.
Least Favorites: All of the VS Series films (even though G84 had the best FX, IMHO). Hard to pick one.

Personal favorite....hmmm...probably Gigan or Sea Monster. I have a soft spot for all the 70s movies

Favorite: definitely Destroy all Monsters. Been my favorite for over twenty years. Ghidrah, the Three-Headed Monster, Godzilla vs Hedora and Godzilla vs Gigan are also very far up there.
Least favorite: Definitely Final Wars. I just think it's an insulting piece of trash and I dislike it more every time I've seen it. Luckily I haven't seen it in a long time. Other films that are low on my list are Godzilla Raids Again and Godzilla 2000.
Technically, my favorite films are all from the Showa era. Anything else is far below.
