I see Vampires in their current form as incarnations of unhealthy Victorian attitudes towards sexuality


....so Werewolf, especially of the "in control" type that still have their minds when the transform, like Merle from The Goon comics.

Werewolf, because I wouldn't have to kill in order to survive, and I could just be restrained at night (lock myself in a silver cage or what have you). I'd hate to have to spend all day of every day inside a coffin.

I've been pretty adament about this debate and I still stand by the choice of werewolf. They're just waaaay better and if you want to examine the monsters in the most traditional senses, vampires have many weaknesses while the werewolf only has one (Thank you, Monster Squad for showing that!).

My bias has even found its way in the novel I just finished where vampires severely get their asses handed to them. :)

I think some of you are missing the point. This thread is asking which monster you would RATHER be, not which monster is better.

I don't know why anyone would want to be a werewolf... that transformation hurts.
