wow! so does that mean we'll actually be treated to SIX movies? 4 on thursday PLUS one on friday & one on saturday?!? That's AWESOME. I hope there are no repeats! six different kaiju films on the big screen in one weekend would be amazing! now i'm going to be really devastated if my work schedule doesn't cooperate!

I'd like to also add my two cents about the "screening from DVD" aspect. Hopefully what's available on theatrical prints vs. DVD doesn't determine which films are considered first. I personally thought the DVDs screened last year had absolutely no flaws on the big screen, and I wouldn't mind seeing that happen again. (Not to mention, you'd have admit the DVDs of Monster Zero and ToMG look much better than the prints screened at G-Fest. I'm not complaining, but they were kind of dirty.)

I hope I can go this year. I last went in 2005. I've been working on a sculpture I hope to have done by then for the model/sculpt contest. When I last went I entered this Godzilla sculpt:

My next sculpt will be similar size range.

I like the idea of seeing G1985 on the big screen, I'd like to see Godzilla vs. Biollante but I understand they have problems getting to show that one...?
