Ah, I see. I would imagine then that you are having the same problem that I have had with my iPod. If I remember correctly you need to hit TRIANGLE and then go to display all. This is where it's not fun as a bunch of folders should show up and then you need to go search for whatever it is you want to watch, listen to.

It actually may be different now with the recent updates. I actually don't use my iPod on there anymore as I have a Belkin wireless N router and a wireless N card for my laptop so I am able to stream any picture, video or song on there no problem.

As for streaming, you need to be very careful with what codec it is if you do Netflix. I know they just added Div-X on there, but you should check with Netflix to find out. I am not sure what all the codecs are that are supported on the PS3 right now, but that's something that's listed somewhere on the Playstation forums. If you get your hard drive working then you should get a good idea as to what works and what doesn't.

I'm looking around for any truth to this but can't find anything. How'd you find out about a possible delay?

There's something about some loophole in the contract where they can get out of the deal with HD-DVD if Warner goes. The article mentioned that and something about a person on the inside is fairly certain of that.

According to updates, Paramount is not dropping their support for HD-DVD.

That's what I heard, but we'll see. It seems many are starting to take some precautions for HD-DVD going away forever. Even MS said that they will support a Blu-Ray add-on for the 360 if they have to. It's really quite interesting to see all of this play out.

By the way, might as well try to sell this to you all again haha. If you like shooters, esp. playing online, you should try Unreal Tournament 3. It really is quite fun and new maps and mods are starting to be released multiple times a week now. I don't think it's as deep as say Rainbow 6 Vegas or Call of Duty 4, but I find it more enjoyable and better playing than Halo 3's multiplayer (which became quite clear when I went back to play that a few times in the last week).
