On October 19, Austin Wind Symphony in Austin, TX is performing a concert of music from science fiction and monster movies. Among the themes being performed is a suite of Akira Ifukubeâ€™s KING KONG VS GODZILLA score, arranged by our good friend John â€œDutchâ€

So...who else went to this? I was stuck in San Antonio/Austin traffic for nearly four hours to come to this and had to listen to my eccentric Japanese friend discuss politics, otaku, sex, and J-pop the entire time.
