The Board is Down with no repair ETR. My apologies but we don't have the money or resources to repair the issue. It is broken on the back-end and is only here to view as an archive. Thank you for your years of patronage.
Looks like it's a big day for new purchases. That's a cool statue Biogoji. Here's something that I just got in the mail -- They've been on my want list for a few years but I'd more or less given up hope of getting them, since there were only about 20 ever made and they very rarely come up for sale. Coincidentally Mike just added them to Club T last month and all of a sudden another pair shows up and the price was right.
Sorry for the lousy pic. I took a quick shot w/ my cellphone camera before coming in to work this morning:
Although it is good to know the value if you're looking to BUY the figure. I expect to pay good money for an attached tag, but a lot less if it is unattached or missing. Although, as Bio_Goji_89 mentioned, you can reattach the tags.
By the way, where can you get the tag holders?
I don't really want the Ultraman figures. In fact, I abhor Bandai's constant issuing of clear red glitter Ultras. It's the Black King Joe with nifty weapon-arm that I'm after. The adorable Ultraseven SD is a great bonus too. I can probably recoup most of the cost from this set with little problem, and I'll need to as I'm going to use the express shipping option.
Vintage doesn't have to be synonymous with rarity, Tim. That's just how it usually happens to work out. Otherwise, I entirely agree with you and Mike. Unless you happen to be comparing older and newer Bandais, "vintage" should be covering only a very small group of Bandai Godzilla toys. Ultraman, at least, was ahead of Godzilla by a few figures.
