But the thing that rules that out is that Superman doesn't kill... he could kill ANYBODY he wanted, but he barley has the heart to rough them up... at least not in the way Batman roughs people up.

Oh, and the Adam West show is a brilliant satire of the comics at the time, while still being true to them... it was a great show. Its easy to dismiss the show now that the comics and movies are darker and more serious, but honestly the 60s Batman show was pure brilliance.
