How's the movie? Love the Kaneko kaiju stuff, but his only non-kaiju film I've seen (Pyrokenesis) didn't do much for me.

The actual movies are brilliant...really engaging stuff that sucks you in, and makes you wonder how it's all gonna end.

My only complaint is that some of the CGI looks a little weird. Other than that, I loved both films every bit as much as the Gamera trilogy.

They're two very good movies, and some of Kaneko's best stuff as far as I'm concerned. That's why it's about time I got some decent copies :oops:
