How would you piss off the fanbase with your Godzilla movie?

Meh, whatever. Toho's probably gonna restart the series with Godzilla x Mothra: King Ghidorah Attacks or something anyway.

It starts off with every Christian Church on the planet plotting to sue Toho for having the God in Godzilla. This instigates a global war with the (very small, yet scrappy) fanbase. We launch guerrilla warfare tactics, while they pull a few strings, and nuclear chaos ensues. Finally, near the climax - we're of course introduced to some endearing, awesome characters, probably played by me and everyone else on the board that sucks at acting - we have a big battle. Of course, mostly everyone will be rendered by crappy CGI. We'll totally rip off Lord of the Rings. But it'll be like ten times bigger, because bigger is always better.

Then a bright flash makes the battle stop. It turns out, Toho has had enough and has sent Godzilla himself to the fray. But the other side has done something similar...from the Heavens comes Jesus. We then witness the biggest, baddest, and coolest battle of all time as Godzilla fights for his name by taking on God's only begotten son.

It'd be hard, since most of the budget would've gone into other pointless crap, but it still is action packed and filled with cool stuff. In the end, Jesus and Godzilla stop fighting, urging us to make amends. We start listen to them until....

...Gigan comes out of no where and destroys them. He then takes over the world.
