The Board is Down with no repair ETR. My apologies but we don't have the money or resources to repair the issue. It is broken on the back-end and is only here to view as an archive. Thank you for your years of patronage.

If this is from the original negative, it would be the full scope version. "70mm"? The only tokusastsu film that Daiei shot in 70mm -- to the best of my knowledge -- was Kenji Misumi's BUDDHA (Shakka). Sounds fishy, but there may be some truth to the story and will be interested to see how this unfolds, if at all. Maybe this is the herald for the return of Bill Ferguson, who did all of those great Showa Gamera releases in the late '90s (apparently, he still held the US home video license). Let's see if this is going to be the revival of Neptune Media...

He was last reported to be (he called Damon Foster about a year or so ago.) Ferguson is in the National Guard, so I dunno, but he still retains the home video license to the Showa Gameras, according to Kadokawa (as reported by kpa). So, who knows...?

Great, another crappy PD DVD. I heard about this "pristine" print awhile back. Most likely it's just a 16mm. Once you've seen the picture of the R2 (or just in widescreen period), there's no contest. The only cool thing would be Carl Craig's contribution.
