Shadow what I meant was logging on. As in logging on the Internet.

Gfan54 What I was saying is that with online polls its tough to take them seriously (of any poll) because its easy to "stuff the ballot box" as I said. When you go to a site and vote, it puts a cookie onto your hard drive. So the site reconizes you as already voting if you return.

By deleting the cookie from your hard drive, when you return to the site it doesn't reconize you anymore, so you can vote again.

Therefore 50 Godzilla fans can vote 10 times each and that will give Godzilla 500 votes (as an example).

I voted twice for the Triffids. If only I could get more Triffid fanboys to vote multiple times we would be kicking ass.

I ain't votin for that damn moth. Not highly. I would put the mantis and the ants over it any time. And i put it 14th overall in the monster poll. Somehow, i just can't picture a giant moth as a 'monster' in its truest definition.

How the hell is Carrie a monster? She was the freaking victim in that movie (and the book, to a lesser extent).

This list sucks. I refuse to vote in protest. AMC, if you want my vote, you have to earn it.

I only voted for King Kong, the Blob, and the Pod People. Kong is obvious, and I figure that the Blob and the Pod People were close enough {well a lot closer than any other entry on the list}
