I couldn't tell you every Toho/Godzilla film ever shown on TNT, but there were several titles that would pop up regularly on Monstervision or 100% Weird. TNT had licensed the UPA movie package which included all the films dogma mentioned plus RODAN (as pointed out by GFan). Classic Media later bought UPA's film library which is why most of those same films are now coming out on DVD from CM. Also shown were Columbia's H-MAN, BATTLE IN OUTER SPACE, and the aforementioned MOTHRA plus the Hanna-Barbera GODZILLA cartoon show (and Tsuburaya's ULTRA-7 series).
TNT/TBS also had first basic cable rights to GODZILLA 2000 and that film was shown several times (but not on Monstervision, as far as I know).
In the early 1990s the Disney Channel would run KING KONG VS GODZILLA (cut to remove the "They're all smoking!" bit) and the few Toho films Alan Enterprises had US rights to at the time-- GODZILLA RAIDS AGAIN, GHIDRAH, GODZILLA VS THE SEA MONSTER, and SON OF GODZILLA.
