hi guys-i feel the pain of newbies on Rip off bay,but hey I found a quick solution for Ebay: Find it elsewhere. These people do not CARE about you getting ripped off or your toys.Ever tried calling customer serrvice? good luck. I have MANY Ecrap # and half are shills.(they arent supposed to be picked up for "regular customer",just a certain few super sellers) I did eventually get thru to their version of "customer service" and instead of a nice cheerful reception, the incredibly simple person on the line states and I quote, "how did you get this number" not "Ebay customer service, how can i help you?" After MAKING SURE I had the right digits,i asked IS this the customer service line-she replied yes- and I proceeded to rip her one for answering the phone like a putz. Bottom line is........... and I have used them for years until last year..........
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY!!
THATS IT!! PERIOD.
Dont waste another second dealing with em. Why let your life go by when there are other and better alternatives, Rinkya, and other deputy services will cost about as much as using Fraudbay..and with the price of yen against the dollar, now is the time. And I dont work for em, I just hate to see people give any more $ to a business that is rated # 1 (or 2 this week, lol with paypal coming in closely) in WORST customer service.
And to think Ebay was partly started so a fellow toy collecter could finish her collection.
Sad,but thats big business.
