The Bandai Creation series have been getting better.
One of these threads has a comparison picture, lets' see if I can find it.

Here's what I think:
Rodan - get both
Anguirus - get the Bandai Japan one, unless you want a larger size, then get the USA one.
Gigan - Bandai Japan
Godzilla - Bandai Creation

I like the Banpresto FW Godzilla too, but it's totally out of scale to either Bandai's 8" or 6" series. If that matters to you, then get the BC one as IMO it's a better likeness.

Aside from that, I agree with Legion that Wave 3 is a pass.
