United Artists Television produced a hybrid version of the opening credits montage for the US version -- it's only one verse, as opposed to the Japanese two verse opening credits.

LOL! I can't believe you're getting all bent out of shape over the spelling of a monster name. As a latino, I see people spell and mispronounce names all the time, sometimes almost on a daily basis, but I don't feel the need to argue with them if they don't agree with my correction. Hell, people pronounce Björk's name wrong, but it don't bother me.

On the next episode of Axis II.....

I'm not "bent out of shape." See how easily you mistook my intentions? Did you see the emoticons? I was pulling your leg, son, because I am expressing to you that one cannot tell the intent of a poster, and whether they are a kook or not. So, it not nice to jump to conclusions when you're taking a conversation out of context. :o

I'm Italian-American, grew up in a tough Latino neighborhood in San Francisco and had Italian Grandparents that spoke broken English, but ignorance of facts is no reason to cut anyone slack. Sheesh, the next thing you know, you'll defend Kanegon's right to speak in Engrish and Ebonics!

I worked for years in nightclubs and bars, and been called terrible things by all kinds of losers, so I am not as thin-skinned as some people may believe. Besides, if I blew my lid every time some doorknob called me a name, I might have a reputation for putting people in the hospital because their heads missed the door as I showed them out.

But seriously, don't get so serious that I'm being too serious, because I'm not. So, there's no need to be dismissive, because you don't know me, but I love you! :)

(Actually, the next time you are planning to come into San Francisco, drop me a line, and I'll buy you a beer [or whatever your drink is] just to show you how serious I am about not being serious. Seriously.)

We now return you to your regularly schedule thread... :P
