Yep, the big turtle is 40 already. I will watch all 3 heisei movies this afternoon with my girlfriend, a big pizza and pepsi.

I hope they do a sequel to GTB... That movie was really good for a beginning and they can take it a long way from there, I'd bet!

Gamera is both friend of children and guardian of the universe. That's quite an accomplishment: most folks would stop at just one of those.

Gamera came out the same exact day my folks were married! Thus, I think I've solved the mystery on why I like giant monster movies! :mrgreen:
