I got my DVDs today... TWICE. With the first order I made, I did not receive a confirmation... so I emailed them to cancel it for me. Then the second order I made did get an email confirmation.
So, if anyone wants mint-and-sealed copies of GRA and MvG, I'll be putting them up on ebay today for the same price as I got them.
First impressions: The cases are different than I expected, small shiny-cardboard ones. Still nice looking though. Wee!

Having just watched the american version of GvsTT.......
I just dont see the huge improvment over the Simitar scope print.......sure it has a few seconds of extra footage here and there but it is also missing some too.......not worth losing the OAR over though....just my opinion...
as far as film print quality goes....they look about the same to me....the CM a little worse but not by much......
lets face it..... nothing is gonna come close to the pristine Japanese version as far as quality film elements on this picture is concerned...the commentary was excellent again ....
the Ifukube bio was excellent....I just have a sneaky feeling that the next two films will be 16x9 also.... and not for quality reasons either......
I had no issues with GRA.....just glad to have it finnally out!
All in all CM is worth praising for the time and effort they are putting into these......they just need to get there
