Thanks for the review and pics Rob. That's definitely the Panasonic remasters. It'll be interesting to see what'll happen as a result of this.

You didn't see any major break-up of picture in Episode 1? Toward the end, there's a scene with lots of bubbling surface water. On my disk, the picture just goes to hell. All scrambled, stutters for 1 - 2 seconds, then heavy artifacting until it cuts away from the water.
