I'm really hoping for Man-Wolf or the Lizard.The Lizard would be the most logical.

I'd like to see the Hobgoblin in the third movie.

At the end of SM2 Harry has only just discovered the Goblin armory. I think Harry should battle his inner demons throughout most of the third movie [IE we don't see him in the Green Goblin gear] while the Hobgoblin is out stirring up trouble.

Then at some point in the latter third of the movie, Harry loses it and truly becomes the Green Goblin. He manages to quell his hatred for Spider-Man just long enough for a confrontation with the Hobgoblin [whom Harry may view as an interloper or rival]. Neither should die, the Hobgoblin should make a hasty retreat [perhaps after a Goblin Glider chase sequence (think ROTJ)] or both Goblins leave to lick their wounds after a more direct confrontation.
