I don't mind it, for the same reason Nintendo reps have been giving making comparisons to "Google", "iPod", "Yahoo!", etc. as unconventional names making an impression and becoming commonplace. Besides, it only further enhances the non-demographically-biased approch Nintendo is taking in making this more of a "device for people" and less "xtreme gamer's item". "Revolution" would sound nicer to me, but then again I'm 'American male age 12-30', and the whole point is that they're trying to appeal to someone other than just that.
