Thank TTC that brings back memories, why it seems like only yesterday we could tune in every Saturday morning to catch that.

I fondly remember a week of anticipation of Super Scary Saturday's showing of Godzilla's Revenge, and that video made the memories so much clearer right now. Thanks. :)

I loved Super Scary Saturday. It was my version of "Chiller Theatre" when I was a kid. My uncle still calls me up and jacks me around about watching it on Saturday to this day.

It always felt like they showed Showa G films more than anything. I remember "Squirm", "Journey to the Center of the Earth," and "the Boy Who Cried werewolf" as the only non-daikaiju movies that they showed. I saw a majority of the Godzilla movies for the first time on that show as well so I have fond memories of it. :)

Indeed... that's where I saw my very first Godzilla film, VS the Sea Monster... as well as my first viewings of KotM, Ghidrah, Monster Zero, Revenge, King Kong VS G, Rodan, War of the Gargantuas, and also all the Planet of the Ape movies...

What other Toho films did they show that I'm forgetting, or is that all?

I used to watch this too. Although Creature Double Feature was one hell of a show. Those were the good days. Now we've got Godzilla movies airing about 2-3 times a month on Sci-Fi at 3:00 AM in the morning.
