This game right? I played this in Japan a bunch of times and you can even find them for sale on Yahoo Japan every once and awhile. It's a fun game. I have pictures of a bunch of Godzilla games I played in Japan and the best one was next to Tokyo Dome. I'll see if I can dig up some more and post them.
