Tonight's episode starts off the final endgame for this season and somewhat unfortunately, it is somewhat of a disjointed start.
1. The main plot about Cylon society is a little confusing and all. There were some shocking parts (the begining where the rejuvenated Six and Sharon are reborn into new bodies).
2. Well it seems that it works both ways for both Baltar and Number Six (in terms of both having hallucinations) and although I think I'm a little nuts to admit this, I really think that they're soulmates in a way.
3. On the other hand, the dealings with the new Cylon child born within the fleet is much more fun. At first I thought that they were insane to kill the child since perhaps the child is the only thing keeping the Cylons from jumping in with scores of basestars armed with nukes and blow the entire colonial fleet straight to hell. But then when we found out that the child is alive and with foster parents, I have to admit gratefully that they did not sink down to another new level and the fact that the child is now hidden gives Admiral Adama and President Roslin an ace in the hole to use (if the Cylons want the child to survive, then they have to keep the fleet intact for now while they search for it the hard way).
Perhaps I'll need a future viewing to get more thoughts about tonight's episode.
Next week's episode is the true start of the season finale and if you have looked up at the internet and seen the trailer for the new episode, I think you can understand how the episode got its title "Lay down your burdens".
Oh by the way, for those who are fans of the character of Admiral Adama, do you know today is Edward James Olmos's birthday (today he is 59).
