Here's a motley crew of new toys received last week.

My long awaited Marmit Atragon is just in time to go along with the long awaited release of the Atragon DVD.

Clockwise: Marusan Titanosaurus; Marusan Bronze Godzilla '54; Marmit Glow Illustrated Godzilla; Marmit Glitter Godzilla '55; Marmit Atragon.

I picked up those new Bandai battle sets at Chiller this weekend. I'm neutral on some of the figures in the set. The GMK and FW Godzilla are scaled down versions of the large Bandais and something seems seriously off about the Ghidora. I love the two Heisei Godzilla, especially the '89 Godzilla. But the standout is definitely the Biollante. It's the selling point of the entire set. It's beautifully detailed and even has three points of articulation. If you can get any one pair from this set, this is the pair to pick up.

And I also picked up my absolute vintage holy grail. A Bullmark Mechagodzilla.

8. M-1 (I believe) Mothra Fairies (The Big Ones)
9. SD Alien Woman (Belvera?) from "Gamera vs. Viras"

Just got the new HG Chronicles 3 set in the mail. I needed some of the re-issues but the new Hedorah is what I have been waiting for, its fantastic, you need to have this in hand. Its one of the best HG figs I have seen.

Here's a few of the items I've gotten recently (click the item names for pics):

- From their recent Lucky Bags, which included a random assortment from among 20+ figures. The glow strength on this is really impressive.

- From last December's Super Festival. According to their website and the header card, only 30 were produced in this color.

- From Marmit's Christmas lucky bag. I've wanted the Gold VP Godzilla 1962 for a long time and it's been very tough to track down, so I jumped at the chance to get this one while it's still new.

Just got the new battlet sets in. Very nice, my faves would be the Rose Biollante (really cool) and the King Ghidorah because the middle head isn't static. The Zilla, well that's being given away because I will not have his stink on my other toys
