Back in the day, I remember seeing GODZILLA vs. MEGALON and GODZILLA vs. THE COSMIC MONSTER. My Dad took me and my two younger brothers, and I remember he dragged along some business associate. While I was absolutely enthralled with all the Monster action, (And it was also the first time watching Gigan do his thing) I recall my Dad and his friend Howling with laughter during the Megalon flick!!
I wonder if they were drunk?
Anyway, I'll never forget that afternoon as young as I was and what a shame that these double-bills just don't happen anymore. I would love to take my two nephews to one and start them off on the right track.
