They are not in the US naturally, but Hobby Link Japan seems to be one of the better sources for those sorts of things. IF you pre-order quickly.
YesAsia had the first few kaiju and might have better stock available now. had all of them up to #5 Antlar and Ultraman Xenon, as well as Zogu, King of Monsters and Gatanozoa from the general 6" Ultra Monster Series.
There were a couple of Godzilla stores that used to be advertised on the ClubTokyo mainpage that carried Ultraman, but I just lost all my bookmarks and the ads from the page are now gone. I think one of the two sites might have closed as well, don't quote me on that.
