Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear.

I'm going to have to start waiting until later to get DVD sets.
Now that I've got season one of Ren and Stimpy, they'll probably come out with a full series set.
And I'm sure what ever 6 movie Star Wars set comes out will probably have some extra's I'm going to miss out on because I bought the DVD's individually.
The old Robotech "Legacy" sets finally got cheap, so I bought them, then they come out with Remastered sets. Argh.

I am not sure if the complete package has all of the bonus material.

I've bought them separately and in the season two compilation, I was intrigued by the Walker Edmiston interview, who of course played Enik. I didn't realize he had worked for many other Kroft shows like "Pufnstuf" and provided the voice for Sigmund in "Sigmund and the Sea Monster".

I also found it fascinating that he started out working for KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles (when it was a good independent station, before the WB came in).

And the biggest pleasant surprise was when he stated that he went to Japan in the 1960s, and visited the Toho Studios and met with Haruo Nakajima. He met with Godzilla and saw how it was done and basically said "that was to be me!"

I thought the movie was cancelled, but maybe that was just a wishful dream. It really shouldn't be a comedy as the original was far from comedy and was in fact a pretty high-concept science fiction story by "real" sci fi/horror writers such as Larry Niven, D. C. Fontana and of course David Gerrold.
It may look funny due to the chroma key based effects and very 70s look and Wah Chang's funky dino designs, but mostly the stories were pretty straight forward scifi drama, with a bit of comedy included like any good writing is going to have.
I saw a couple of the early 90s episodes but didn't feel it had the same chemestry of the original and came off as lame.
