You can pre-order it from and request 1-day shipping and they will have it at your house the very next day. The catch is that the extra shipping is expensive, at least $10 more. You'd be better off ordering it with free shipping and be willing to wait 5-9 days, or better yet, driving down to your local Best Buy or Circuit City on the day of it's release and buying it then and there.
