Why not include it in the guide? I mean, it's a fantastic piece of software and there is absolutely no need to obtain it by "other means" since you can simply order it online at

That sounds like a problem with the audio (AC3).

Because it's very complicated stuff and many aspects of it are not well documented for various reasons.
