How come some of the showa movies start with the movie title ocean intro and not with their movie title original intro ? I loaded an image below so you can see what im talking about ?

only the Sandy Frank Gamera movies started that way. the ones AIP released had very different and superior openings, although the water kind of gave the series a "look".
i'm not sure if it was SF that did that, or if Daiei did it. i'm sure someone will know though!
