The film you are looking for is either Orochi the Eight Headed Dragon (YAMATO TAKERU - 1993) or The Three Treasures (NIPPON TANJO - 1959). I've never seen the Three Treasures, but if its the 90s film, you're in luck because its available on DVD from .
