Godzilla should have had his old roar in GMK.

In GMK, Godzilla had returned to his dark roots. He was the most evil and dark he had ever been since the original Gojira.

I think that this dark Godzilla should have had his old roar in GMK. You know, the one he had in Gojira, GRA, G84, GvsB, and GvsKG. Those are the only other films where Godzilla is 100% brute badass and he had his old roar in all of them. I think it should have been the same for GMK.

I really thought that Godzilla having his new roars in GMK was a bit of an offset for his dark and evil nature, especially considering that he had the exact roars in the previous Godzilla vs. Megaguirus, which was just a downright silly and unserious movie.

Plus, I thought that it was just odd hearing the new Millenium Godzilla roars coming from the evil-looking GMK Godzilla suit.

I'm glad Godzilla had the new Millennium set of roars in G2K, GxM, the Kiryu saga, and GFW, I just think he should have had his old roar in GMK.

I agree that the 1954 roar would have been great in GMK. When it was used in Return of Godzilla it was creepy.

HE'S NOT A FREAKIN' REPTILE!! How many times you peeps gotta be told? What reptile you know can swim, eat, and sleep underwater? He's still mutated, so really it doesn't matter. But i haven't thought of Godzilla has a reptile for a real long time. :P

The old roar is better. The new fanboys obviously don't understand. 'Updated'? Why is 'updated' better? Is 'updated' always better? Never mind, don't think i want to know your answer to that. In a bunch of the new movies, he really just sounds like GiNO. And that downright sucks. Now he sounded real good in the heisei series, but it got a little worse when they got carried away with the 'growl' effect and made that dominant over the original roar (like in vDES).
