Took me about 2 weeks after release. There's a month between announcement and release. The sets have been spaced out about three months apart (Sept - Dec - March).
In other words, from looking at the Toho site, I think today is the first day for orders. The sets are available on April 25th. So you'd probably get it mid-May at the latest.
