Overrated: Godzilla Vs. King Ghidorah. It's still a good movie but the time traveling thing is screwed up and Godzilla doesn't even appear until there is about 40 minutes left in it.
Underrated: Godzilla Vs. Spacegodzilla. Sure, it's still pretty weak but not as weak as the critics say! It has good monster fights and a very formidable villain.

Overrated- Godzilla Vs. King Ghidorah. Terrible acting and the story did not seem to come full circle in terms of making sense. Great kaiju fights but as a whole it really stunk. Godzilla Vs. Biollante has to be another one. I like the film myself but it is nothing spectacular.
Underrated- Both Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla and Godzilla Vs. Destoroyah. Both of these films had some of the best special effects up that point in time and they were chalk full of action and human stories that didn't bore you.

Overated: Godzilla vs Destroyah, first of all, I dont hate it, and is one of my favorite Heisei movies, but I felt that the fights were a bit slow, could be better, but the story and G's and Junior death compels it.
Underrated: Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla, Ok, it was a "beamfest" but the fight of Godzilla vs Rodan was cool in my opinion, and whining about baby Godzilla on the movie is exagerated
