I spent some of my birthday money today at Asahiya Bookstore Express in West L.A. and picked up the following:

Television Magazine Deluxe 155 - All Godzilla Complete Super-encyclopedia - Definitive edition.

Iwakura Godzilla figure (about 3") holding Tokyo Tower in his paw. I've been wanting to find one of these since I saw one in the lobby of Tokyo Tower last summer.

MegaHouse Godzilla: Final Wars chess pieces: Pawn (Minya), Rook (Rodan) and Knight (Gigan). Nice pieces for the size. You don't know what you're getting until you open the box.

Banpresto Playmodel (San): SSN-571 Nautilus submarine and Baragon model kits. You don't know what you're getting until you open the box.

Hi Armand...is this the 3 inch glow godzilla figure that came with the hyper hobby magazine? I went by to try to get one for my wife and I saw they had one in the display...but the lady said it was one of the employees collection....where did you find that in the store? was that with the magazine or did they just sold it in its box? I have been trying to find this one for a long time...my wife has the whole iwakura set 1 and this would definitely be a great addition to it...I bought the Chess piece and got the Gigan and Godzilla versions of it...and also the Godzilla and Baragon mini model replicas of the bigger Marusan counterpart by Plamodel...
