The German version (Godzillas Todespranke = Godzilla's Prank of Death) is considerably shorter than the American one. Apart from the missing dance scene already mentioned by Garasharp K7 the German version ends abruptly after Yongary's death. On the German DVD, the movie is presented in widescreen (ca. 2,35:1). Image and audio quality are below average, but the movie is still enjoyable.
