There's an English dub of GRA [I have a tape of it I found somewhere] but as Gfan noted the US cut of GRA is altered from Toho's original cut [similar to what why you can't do straight soundtrack replacements for Gojira].

I'm not 100% certain, but I think in earlier mentionings [I don't recall the exact thread] of the difficulties in bringing a dual language GRA DVD to North America someone brought up that the US cut prints are damaged.
