BERSERK MOVIE 2 to Screen at REEL ANIME Special Events in July

This sequel to BESERK MOVIE 1: THE EGG OF THE KING (????? ?????? ????, Berserk Oogon Jidai-Hen I: Haoo no Tamago, 2012) sees the bloody adventures of Guts, Griffith and the Band of the Hawk continue as Guts comes to terms with the realization he will have to part ways with Griffith and the Band of the Hawk. Meanwhile, a battle to capture the impenetrable Fortress of Doldrey from the Empire of Chuder is about to begin. Before the end, the Band of the Hawk will face off with an army 30,000 strong. The BERSERK feature film reboot breathes new life into this beloved anime and manga classic, offering something for core fans and those new to the series. In this second installment of the Golden Age Arc Trilogy, fans will be treated to a darker turn of events with some of the most thrilling and brutal action scenes yet. BERSERK MOVIE 2: THE BATTLE FOR DOLDREY screens July 7 at Cinema Nova (VIC), Dendy Newtown and Avoca Beach Picture Theatre (NSW), Dendy Canberra (ACT), Dendy Portside (QLD), Palace Nova East End (SA) and July 17 at Luna Leederville (WA).
