The Los Angeles Dodgers celebrated the highly popular Japanese anime film DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA INFINITY CASTLE (劇場版「鬼滅の刃」無限城編, Gekijō-ban `Kimetsu no Yaiba' Mugen-jō Hen) with a theme night for their Friday, August 15 home game with the San Diego Padres.
In attendance were DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA INFINITY CASTLE English dub cast members Aleks Le (Zenitsu Agatsuma), Abby Trott (Nezuko Kamado) and Zach Aguilar (Tanjiro Kamado). Aleks threw the ceremonial first pitch prior to the start of the game.
The Los Angeles Dodgers themed night included a stadium-wide giveaway of co-branded hats as well as a themed DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA INFINITY CASTLE drone show. The Dodgers won the game with a score of 3-2.

This latest theatrical feature film in the epic saga is set in the same universe as the 2020 global phenomenon DEMON SLAYER: MUGEN TRAIN, which earned $507 million worldwide and remains the highest-grossing anime movie of all time.
DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA INFINITY CASTLE opened in Japan in July of this year breaking three box office opening weekend records, including the highest opening day, first day, and single day results of all time for Japan! The film, distributed by Toho and Aniplex, generated 7.31 billion yen (US$49.55 million) in the box office revenue in the first four-days of release.
