Gashapon (ガシャポン) is a best-selling Bandai toy brand named after the capsule containing a toy that "pops" out when the handle is turned on a "gasha" (vending machine). Since the brand's launch in 1977, it has produced a rich lineup of products that match the trends of the times, with many sets and series featuring a variety of beloved anime and tokusatsu characters.  Among the many types of Gashapon is the Narabundesu. (ならぶんです。) - meaning "they stand in a line." - series of small figures of cute characters such as animals, cars, and dinosaurs that are meant to be posed in a line.
