I wrote a KKXG treatment that was pretty well recieved the last time I posted it. I'll post it again under kaiju fiction if someone asks nicely.

Well, increased durability could mean anything. This discussion by definition cannot go anywhere if Kong's durability is not a constant. If he was magically made immune to Godzilla's ray of course he'd win. Against a blown-up 1933 Kong, Godzilla will win.

Well, the discussion won't go anywhere if he's left at a durability at which bullets can pierce him, like in 1933. I'm not saying he should be immune to Godzilla's atomic breath, that would be quite lame. He should just be averagely resistant to it, where it still can do a lot of damage to him, but he won't die in just a few hits.

This is how Godzilla should have been matched up with King Kong:

Hey! That's Tenart's site! Yup....that is how it should have been...GMK Goji vs. Kong!
It's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!

As usual, I agree with Kevin. Tenart's definitely got the right idea.

I can't believe such despicable biasism towards the oversized simian! It's really comical how Kong is being compared to a UFC ground-and-pound fighter. Well, let's see how this hapless "grappler" will do against any versions of the atomic mutant--

Vs. Showa (rematch): Showa G can take this one. Sure Kong has mammalian intelligence, but G ain't no dummy either. G's adaptive fighting ability and his breath weapon will be too much. Plus, this G doesn't take defeats too kindly, so sweet revenge would be in his eyes. There is never in history where G actually sustained fractures of his bones, or even states that Kong is the most physically strongest kaiju ever created. In fact, I can name several kaiju's that are powerful than he is.

Vs. Heisei: No contest...Kong will be blown away in pitiful smithereens. Even at similar stature, Heisei G is still an enormous, unmovable juggernaut. The poor ape will probably sustain a serious hernia if he tried to lift this gargantuan! Who needs speed at this size and strength?

Vs. Millennium: Much more powerful than the Showa version, with an equally impressive fighting skills...so, do the math!

Vs. Sokougeki: I would actually feel utter sorrow for Kong if he gets himself tangled up with this demon of destruction. Tenart's biased comic piece sure had me ROTGLMFAO!

So, sorry, monkey fans. Your "king" can't do squat to the "god".

I can see what your saying in most of your arguments Brendo...but I just can't really see how Kong could in kaiju reality beat Godzilla....
Showa G ....Kong could win here...but so could Godzilla...very fair fight IMHO...

Heisi G...easily defeats Kong with his regen, strength, Nuke Pulse, and beam happy fighting style

Millenium G....Kong would be more of a challenge than to Heisi G, but Mire/gire/-Goji is able to take down kong through his powerful beam, fighting savy..(GxM) adn regeneration...

Soukougeki...probably the most interesting fight if done correctly...but Godzilla still takes this one, his intelligence, IKBROD, and ferocity would beat out Kongs hard hitting punches or head etc. locks...

Kiryu-Goji...from what I hear, K-Goji is one of the toughest Godzilla's to date, I don't think king can possibly do more damage than a solid beam of absolute zero energy...Godzilla takes this one too

all above scenarios are only IMO
