In Superman TAS it was Maggie Sawyer, but it was never overtly stated. Also in the later episodes of Batman TAS there was an episode with a strangely effeminate kid named "Joel", though it was mostly poking fun at Joel Schumacher and the horrible job he did with Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. If its treated that way, then fine, I just am tired of politica/ social commentary n Action animated series, they should be fun and exciting and not try to push anybody's agenda.

^ What agenda? Gay people exist, and they don't do so out of any political bias. Fantasy, especially superheroes, tries to reflect something of the broader culture (at least since Marvel in the '60s), and this just continues that.

There was another pic I cant seem to find of an older still Nightwing, Aqualad, Artemis & Superboy (still looks the same because he's a clone), but looks like another time jump for season 3...which is scheduled for 2018 sometime. They say it will be 26 episodes, but I'm thinking they probably wont give us all 26 at once, but two releases of 13 spaced about 6 months apart, which is fine, but its going to be a long wait. Also if its successful (which I'm sure it will be), then there should be no production delay between future seasons once they have the ball rolling again.

Well, looks like I'm going to have that service for a month, binge watch that and probably cancel until the next season comes out.

I picked up DC Universe for this and Titans. I'm finding enough other things (and they are producing some interesting new stuff as well) that I just may keep this and drop something else. Probably Hulu. But this does look awsome!

It looks like they're releasing three episodes a week for the Young Justice season 3. So much for a full season binge, there's no way I can keep myself from watching them as they come out. The first three were solid episodes, introducing us to Geo-Force and Halo, as well as putting a spotlight on Black Lightning. We have Oracle making her first appearance under that name, as well as Batman and a number of JLA and YJ members resigning because of the UN placing impossible restrictions on the League. It will be interesting to see how everything comes together for the Outsiders creation. The only original member of the Outsiders team who hasn't made an appearance so far is Metamorpho. But seeing as how he appeared in the trailer I'm sure we'll be seeing him soon.

Looks like they'll drop the first 13 at a rate of 3 each friday, then 4 on the last Friday of January. If they don't happen to appear via *other means*....I may do a 7 day free trial on DC Streaming once the month is at an end and all 13 are available. The second set of 13 episodes, I'm guessing will be make available in 6 months.

I'm hearing good things, when I hear comments like "The series feel like it has never left".... that is most encouraging

*edit* well I was able to see them. It definitely has an interesting storyline, yet with seemingly so few actual heroes and villains involved. More of a political thriller than anything at the moment. But I know its strength is in starting small, and building to something universal scale towards the end. Also...what happened to the actual Aquaman (Arthur Curry?) Kaldur now has the title, as well as JL leadership?--- In the previous season they touched on the 5 year gap in bits & pieces, hopefully the unanswered questions get answered in time.

Watched the second set of episodes (#4-#6). THings are really starting to get good now. I loved the episode with the Nightwing, Roy Harper & His two clones, this feels like the rust has finally come off, and the cast/crew is firing on all cylinders now, feels truly like Young Justice. Also there was a lot of depth in these episodes, and quite a bit of world building. I was surprised, as I guess some interpretations of things are different now. I remember in DCAU Justice League, that the New Gods did literally believe themselves above a people they referred to as "Bugs", but I always thought this was a derogatory term. Since Forager at the time clearly was not a bug...


But now, he evidently is...


as is Mantis...



Also the 3rd episode dropped a TON of Batman lore in about a span of 20 seconds... looking forward to how this all plays out.

Finally, the episode titles of the 2nd half of 13 episodes have been revealed, and are slated to air in June. Also The Best Spoiler Ever

Watched the latest batch of 3 episodes, which included some nice plot advancements. We get to see Barda & the Furies. Also nice to see some of the Justice League members. Hawkman, Hawkwoman, and Guy Garnder have their first speaking roles IIRC. Nolan North seems a bit off with his Superman in this one. His Superboy is still spot on, maybe he was just sick when they recorded... Some nice deep development with Suicide Squadron as well. More pof the Lights Enforcers make moves in these episodes as well, and poor Static had really got to get a girlfriend . With so many threads, I don't see how they plan to tie it all up with just nine episodes left, they have to be planning a 4th season one would *hope*.

They seem to be hitting on all cylinders, as to be expected. The first four episodes have been great. But now we're stuck waiting with one episode a week being released? What is this, the early 2000's? I wanna binge watch this show gosh darnit!
